Grove City blanks Geneva
BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team remained undefeated in 2010 by rolling to a 9-0 victory over host Geneva Friday afternoon in a clash of Presidents' Athletic Conference members. The Wolverines did not drop a set in singles play and surrendered just two games while sweeping the three doubles bouts.
Friday's match does not count in the conference standings due to Geneva's provisional status in NCAA Division III. Grove City (4-0) will host conference foe Bethany Monday at 4 p.m.
