Grove City blanks W&J

WASHINGTON, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team improved to 9-0 overall and 5-0 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference Thursday afternoon with a 9-0 victory over host Washington & Jefferson (3-5, 1-4 PAC).

Grove City did not drop a set in sweeping the six singles. The Wolverines also yielded just three games in doubles action.

Grove City is now 9-0 for the second straight season. Grove City will look for its 10th win Saturday afternoon against visiting Oberlin. The non-conference match begins at 2:15 p.m.
