Grove City falls to Mount Union

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team returned to action on Friday afternoon with an 8-1 setback against the University of Mount Union at the Walters-Zbell Tennis Courts.

Freshman Linnea Peters (Carmel, Ind./Carmel) earned the lone victory for the Wolverines, pulling out a hard-fought 10-3 tiebreaker victory over the Purple Raiders' Megan Czuchra at third singles.

Grove City (9-5 overall) will host Mercyhurst on Wednesday.
