CMU tops Grove City in opener
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's tennis team opened the 2014-15 season Monday evening with a 9-0 setback against visiting Carnegie Mellon at the Walters-Zbell Tennis Courts. Carnegie Mellon, which advanced to the NCAA Division III Tournament quarterfinals last spring, took the three doubles matches before sweeping the six singles flights.
Grove City (0-1) will visit NCAA Division II foe West Liberty Wednesday afternoon.
