"Grove City Nine-O"
GROVE CITY, PA, September 8, 1999--The Grove City College women's tennis team disposed of
its fourth consecutive NCAA Division II opponent by a 9-0 margin, improving the team's
season record to 4-0 and its individual matches record to 36-0. Clarion University,
Wednesday's casualty, failed to win a single set.
Grove City has now opened the season with shutouts over Mercyhurst, IUP, Westminster and
Clarion. Only IUP was able to claim one set.Grove
