Rabenold earns weekly honors from PAC, ECAC

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Grove City College junior Emily Rabenold (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton) has been named both the Presidents' Athletic Conference and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III South Women's Track Athlete of the Week for all meets from March 16-22, as announced by the respective league offices.

Rabenold, who has earned MVP honors at each of the last four PAC cross country and track and field championship events, earned her seventh PAC weekly honor of the calendar year and her second ECAC accolade after winning the 10,000-meter run at the California University (Pa.) Early Bird Invitational in a school-record time of 36:14.13. Along with breaking the 10-year old program record by four seconds, Rabenold's time also is the top mark in NCAA Division III this year and ranks third among female runners from all three NCAA divisions.

The Wolverines return to action on Thursday, April 2 at the Slippery Rock University Open.
