Lady Wolverines play at W&J WASHINGTON, PA, April 8, 2000--The Grove City College women's water polo team went 0-3 at the Washington & Jefferson College Invitational Friday and Saturday in Washington. Losses to W&J, 13-6, Salem-Teikyo, 9-4, and Gannon 13-6 dropped the Lady Wolverines' record to 0-18 in their inaugural season. Sarah Erdos (Broomall, PA/Marple Newtown) recorded seven goals in the three games, including a four-goal performance against Gannon on Saturday -- her second four-goal game in seven days. |
