SRU downs Grove City

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's water polo team fell to 0-4 Friday night with a 13-3 setback at Division II Slippery Rock in CWPA Western Division action at Morrow Field House.

Junior Lauren Schade (McDonald, Pa./West Allegheny), sophomore Virginia Larsen (Seattle, Wash./Tacoma Baptist) and Meghan Kincaid (Eagle River, Alaska/Homeschooled) all scored for the Wolverines. In goal, freshman Keala Walter (Newburg, Ore./Newburg) stopped 18 shots and also tallied three steals.

Grove City will host Michigan and Indiana Saturday afternoon.
