Behrend downs Grove City

GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's water polo team fell to 0-7 overall and 0-4 in Collegiate Water Polo Association Western Division action Tuesday night with a 13-3 loss to visiting Penn State Behrend at the Grove City College Pool.

Sophomore Virginia Larsen (Seattle, Wash./Tacoma Baptist) fired in all three goals for Grove City while junior Cecelia Larsen (Seattle, Wash./Tacoma Baptist) assisted on two of the goals. Cecelia Larsen also blocked two shots.

Junior Ellen Magee (Cincinnati, Ohio/Homeschooled) had two steals. In goal, freshman Keala Walter (Newburg, Ore./Newburg) stopped 13 shots. The Wolverines will participate in the Carthage (Wis.) Invitational this Friday and Saturday.
