Lady Wolverines place third at Case Western Reserve

RESULTS
CLEVELAND -- Led by freshman Elisa Pedersen (Santa Rosa, Calif./Montgomery) and
sophomore Janna Sallade (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing), the Grove City College
women's cross country team placed third at the 14-team Bill Sudeck Invitational,
hosted by Case Western Reserve University Saturday afternoon.
Pedersen finished as the meet runner-up, posting a time of 19:29. Sallade completed the course in 19:44, good for seventh place. Also for Grove City, sophomore Katherine Muse (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) took 23rd in 20:45 while Katie Lewis (Kettering, Ohio/Fairmont) was 76th with a clocking of 22:38.
The Lady Wolverines' 113 team points placed them behind only champion Baldwin-Wallace (64) and Mount Union (70).
