Grove City 4th in Mideast
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The Grove City College women's cross country team is ranked fourth in the Mideast Region by the United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), through voting by the region's head cross country coaches. Grove City moved up two spots from its No. 6 ranking in the September 7 poll.
Johns Hopkins is first in the poll, followed by Dickinson and Messiah. Grove City finished ahead of Messiah at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational September 11 in University Park, Pa.
Grove City returns to action Saturday at the Saint Vincent College Invitational in Latrobe, Pa. It will be the Wolverines' first meet since the Penn State Invitational.
