Bethany downs Grove City, 68-52
GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Grove City College men's basketball team fell to 8-15 overall and 4-7 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference Wednesday night with a 68-52 loss to visiting Bethany in the Grove City College Arena.
Bethany (20-4, 11-0 PAC) assembled a 25-0 run during the first half en route to a 38-18 halftime lead. It is Bethany's 15th straight victory overall.
Matt Drahos led the Bison with 24 points and 10 rebounds while Mike Drahos posted 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Sophomore guard Ryan Gerber (Baltic, Ohio/Garaway) led the Wolverines with eight points, including a pair of three-point goals.
Grove City will close the regular season Saturday afternoon against visiting Washington and Jefferson at 3 p.m.
