GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Grove City College junior women's cross country runner Emily Rabenold (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton) has been honored by the Presidents' Athletic Conference as Runner of the Week for September 8-14.

The honor is the second for Rabenold in three weeks this season and the third overall for her career.

Rabenold earned medalist honors at the Bethany College Invitational this weekend -- her second medalist honor in as many meets. She completed the six-kilometer course in 23:11 to win the event by 18 seconds and help Grove City finish second out of 14 teams.

The Grove City cross country teams return to action on Saturday at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational, to be held at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa.
