Grove City College (GCC) respects and understands that many students will take college courses prior to matriculation to an undergraduate school.  The following information will provide you with the necessary details to submit transfer credit requests:

To request an evaluation of your previously completed college courses for possible transfer credit at GCC, you must submit the following form:

Instructions for submitting the form:

  • Save the form to your computer (right click, choose "Save target as or Save Link as")  Make sure you first save to your computer.  Filling the form online and then saving will not work. Verify your form prior to sending to GCC.

  • Fill-out the required fields of information.

  • You will then send the form as well as an unofficial transcript and other related documents to: transfers@gcc.edu 

  • An unofficial transcript may be attached.  An official transcript may be mailed directly to Grove City College. Please review the GCC Course Transfer Policy for more information.

  • You may be asked to submit a syllabus and/or other supporting other materials with your course requests.

  • When submitting multiple course descriptions or syllabuses, please attach them as separate documents in a PDF or Word format.

You will notified via e-mail the status of your transfer credit request. 

GCC encourages all prospective students to take AP/CLEP/or IB exams, especially in the computer, natural science, and mathematics disciplines.  Below is a link to the test scores as well as links to all of the College's majors and requirements.
