Grove City College (GCC) respects and understands that many students will take college courses prior to matriclation to an undergraduate school.  The following information will provide you with the necessary details to submit transfer credit requests:

GCC encourages all prospective students to take AP/CLEP/or IB exams, especially in the computer, natural science, and mathematics dicisplines.  Below is a link to the test scores as well as links to all of the College's majors and requirements.

To submit a transfer credit request, please submit the following form:

Instructions for submitting the form:

  • Save the form to your computer (right click, choose "Save target as.")

  • Fill-out the required fields of information.

  • You will then send the form as well as an unofficial transcript and other related documents to: transfers@gcc.edu 

  • An unofficial transcript may be attached.  An official transcript may be mailed directly to Grove City College. Please review the GCC Course Transfer Policy for more information.

  • All modern language, computer courses, and courses with a nutrition/fitness-wellness component will require a syllabus.  You may be asked to submit a syllabus for other courses.

  • When submitting multiple course descriptions or syllabuses, please attach them as separate documents.

You will notified via e-mail the status of your transfer credit request.
