college courses prior to matriclation to an undergraduate school. The
following information will provide you with the necessary details to submit
transfer credit requests:
To submit a transfer credit request, please submit
the following form:
Instructions for submitting the form:
Save the form to your computer (right click,
choose "Save target as or Save Link as") Make sure you first
save to your computer. Filling the form online and then saving
will not work. Verify your form prior to sending to GCC.
Fill-out the required fields of information.
You will then send the form as well as an
unofficial transcript and other related documents to:
